Survey of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms
Do you have tingling, weakness, sharp pains, or numbness in your hand(s)?
Do you wake up from pain in your wrist or hand?
Do you shake your hands to relieve pain or to try to gain feeling back in your hands?
Do you have an occupation or hobby where you continually put pressure on the palm of your hand?
Do you involuntarily drop items you are holding?
Are you pregnant or in menopause and experience more pain, tingling, numbness, in your hand(s)?
Are splints, cortisone shots, or other temporary treatments you have tried no longer effective in treating your hand pain?

Indications for Use: The MicroAire® SmartRelease® Endoscopic Soft Tissue Release System is indicated for Carpal Tunnel Release in the wrist.

Contraindications: The MicroAire® SmartRelease® Endoscopic Carpal Tunnel Release System is not intended for use in patients with severe or significant abnormalities of the wrist (carpal tunnel), including distal radial deformities, rheumatoid and other synovitis.
